All familiarisation trips travel to Edinburgh host venues

Tour Operator Golf Day at Gullane Golf Club and North Berwick Golf Club with Golf Genius, hire clubs available

Evening

Collect welcome packs, registration desk will be located directly across from reception in both hotels

Welcome drinks reception and dinner in InterContinental Edinburgh the George, speeches from DC Thomson and VisitScotland

Networking night in The Main Bar

Wednesday 11 March

8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Supplier to Buyer meetings, Kimpton Charlotte Square, The Gallery and Garden Restaurant

12.45 to 1.45 pm, Buffet lunch served in BABA

5.30 pm onwards, Free evening to explore Edinburgh

Thursday 12 March

Morning

Supplier to Buyer meetings, Kimpton Charlotte Square, The Gallery and Garden Restaurant

8.30 am, Information desk opens

9.00 am, Supplier to buyer appointments commence

10.45 to 11.00 am, Coffee break in bar area and gallery pre-function

11.00 am, Supplier to buyer appointments continue

1.00 to 2.00 pm, Buffet lunch served in BABA

2.00 pm, Leisure afternoon, optional golf at Bruntsfield Links with Golf Genius or Johnnie Walker whisky sampling

Evening

Scottish Golf Tourism Awards in association with Luxe Scot, The National Museum of Scotland

6.00 to 6.15 pm, Shuttle buses from InterContinental Edinburgh the George and Kimpton Charlotte Square to the National Museum of Scotland

6.30 pm, Scottish Golf Tourism Awards drinks reception

7.30 pm, Awards night commences

11.30 pm, Awards conclude
