Tour operators who have never attended the event before will be invited to attend this event on a free of charge basis. We will pay for your flights, and hotel accommodation, and provide all meals. All you have to do is turn up and be prepared for an action-packed week. If you are a tour operator that has previously attended, you will incur a small fee to attend next year's event.
